What this tool checks — and why it matters
Generative engines don't read pages the way people do. They extract passages, evaluate whether each passage answers a query on its own, and cite the source that makes that easiest. This scorer audits the on-page factors that drive those decisions: answer-first structure (does each section state its conclusion up front?), extractable chunks (short paragraphs, clean heading hierarchy, self-contained sections), entity clarity (are the brand and topic named explicitly and consistently?), E-E-A-T signals (named author, dates, primary-source citations), schema (Article and FAQPage JSON-LD), and AI crawler access (robots.txt and llms.txt configuration).
